The Green House is a newly renovated apartment just a 10-minute walk from Lucca’s city walls, in a quiet area with convenient amenities such as a pharmacy, bar, restaurant, free parking, supermarket, and pizzeria. The highway and train station are about 1.5 km from the apartment. Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and smart TV, connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a four-person dining table, a large full bathroom, and a storage room. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, ideal for short and medium stays. The entire apartment is air-conditioned with two units: one on the ground floor and one in the upstairs bedroom. Outside, you’ll find a small table with two chairs and a reserved parking space right in front of the entrance.
